This is a 1:1 coaching program that includes  8 one-hour sessions over the course of eight weeks. The length of this program can be tailored to meet your professional and personal schedule.   Each meeting you’ll be given guidance, new skills to put into practice, and will be expected to meet agreed upon goals to ensure your success.

Program Outline:

This is a 1:1 coaching program that includes eight one-hour sessions over the course of eight weeks. Each meeting you’ll be given guidance, new skills to put into practice, and will be expected to meet agreed upon goals to ensure your success.

Sessions One and Two - Assessment:

  • Together, we will do an in-depth examination of your day-to-day reality to establish the ‘why’ of your burnout. We will look at triggers for feelings of stress, anxiety, worry, frustration, overwhelm and powerlessness.

After this module, we will have identified all of the factors contributing to your state of  pending or real burnout.

Sessions Three and Four - Goal Setting

  • We will drill down to determine what changes you need to make with your job/business in order to close the gap on your overwhelm so that you can start functioning in a more productive way. From this exercise, we will create short- and long-term goals that are realistic, timely and measurable.

After this module, we will have worked on short term, sustainable and measurable goals that will start to move you from burnout to breakthrough.

Sessions Five and Six - Support Network

  • We will map out a support network so that you have a select group of people that you can check in with as you move from adversity to productivity.
  • We will review your progress and determine what adjustments, if any, need to be made.

After this module you will have established a solid network of support that you can rely on to help you avoid reverting back into a state of burnout.

Session Seven - Toolkit:

  • We will review all of the triggers that led to your overwhelm and make sure that you have the tools and strategies to not go down the same road in the future.
  • This may include discussions about delegation, digital device habits, and tools for creating and maintaining boundaries.
  • We may also create a custom happiness-boosting plan that may include socializing goals, exercise, nutrition, vacations, and community involvement.

After this session you will be equipped with a checklist of signs and symptoms to be aware leading to burnout and we will create a checklist of all of the things that are important to you beyond your work that will keep you well.

Session Eight - Purpose & Passion:

  • To safeguard you against relapses into burnout, we will spend our last week looking at reigniting your purpose and passion. This will keep you committed to your mental health and wellness going forward.

After this module, you will feel enlightened, invigorated and in control of how you will manage your workload going forward. 

After this eight week program, your symptoms of burnout will have dissipated and you will have developed a thorough understanding of what causes burnout and how to avoid it in the future.  You will experience increased focus, productivity, enjoyment of work, and overall happiness.
